The CNC Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of all areas of the CNC Machine Shop to produce products and direct activities so that approved products are manufactured on-schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will need to perform the following tasks and possess the minimum qualifications.

Tasks:

• Develop the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operation to ensure the product conform to established customer and company quality standards.
• Direct and coordinate various projects essential to manufacturing process (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.)
• Identify, recommend and impellent changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data. Direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards.

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business administration, or a 4-year technical degree. Associated degree or certificate from a technical school or training facility with combined experience will considered.

• Experience in a machining processes is a must.
• Ability to read blue prints, geometric dimensioning and tolerencing as well as CNC programming (Mastercam) is required.

• PPAP testing with requisite reporting.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Laboratory. Duties:

• Supervise and maintain day to day lab operations.
• Provide technical support to the sales, marketing, and manufacturing department.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of hourly workforce either directly or using Team Leaders.
• Review and verify all work instructions, provide training to direct reports on all processes.
• Interprets policies and procedures to employees and enforce safety and work rules.
• Interface with others in the organization to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Develops, recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.

Requirements:
